At Putnam Heritage, we are constantly working on finding innovative ways to involve our residents in activities. Residents can take advantage of our daily schedule of activities, participate in exercise, gather with friends and family, start up a card game, or relax to the music in our common areas. We assure that residents have the opportunity to attend church services and communion and hold regular Bible studies. Residents go on bus tours, stroll our 4 ½ acre campus, and go to events in the community. We have monthly events at Putnam Heritage in which we welcome the families of our guests as well as members of the community.
Residents have been gathering in the remodeled main dining area where there is a newly-installed projection TV with surround sound. A crowd gathers and, in anticipation, residents take their seats for a movie of their choice for the evening.
We are also featuring faith-based documentary movies and scientific movies to enrich the lives of our residents and the people in the community.
We always welcome volunteers to participate in our daily activities at Putnam Heritage. After all, we are blessed as we choose to be a blessing to others. By touching the lives of others, our lives are touched.
